WebToApp Kit — Product Terms

Last updated: 16 June 2026

These product terms apply specifically to WebToApp Kit (the free template and the Pro version) and supplement the general Terms & Conditions. Where these product terms conflict with the general Terms in relation to WebToApp Kit, these product terms prevail. Seller: Ray Martín, sole trader, Spain. Contact: hi@raymartin.es.

What it is

WebToApp Kit Pro is a digital product: an Expo project template plus access to a private GitHub repository and its updates. A free version of the template is also published as open source under the licence stated in its public repository.

Licence & restrictions

With the Pro licence you may:

  • Use the kit on unlimited projects you own or build for your clients.
  • Modify and adapt it for those projects.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicence or publish the kit's source (in whole or in substantial part) as a competing template or kit.
  • Share repository access beyond the purchasing individual or organization.

The free template remains governed by its own open-source licence as stated in its public repository.

Delivery

After payment you receive a download link by email, and an invitation to the private repository once you send your GitHub username. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and GitHub username.

Updates & support

Pro includes updates to the repository and reasonable email support, provided on a best-effort basis at hi@raymartin.es. The optional done-for-you service, if purchased, is governed by a separate written agreement.

App store approval

Apple and Google operate the App Store and Google Play and may reject or remove apps at their discretion (for example, under Apple Guideline 4.2). The kit is built to help you meet store requirements, but I cannot guarantee approval or store outcomes. You remain responsible for your app, its content, and compliance with store policies and applicable law.

Refunds

As digital content delivered immediately, by downloading the kit or accepting the repository invitation you acknowledge that delivery has begun and you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU). If the kit is materially defective or does not work as described, contact me within 14 days at hi@raymartin.es and I will fix it or refund you in good faith.

General terms apply

Except as modified above, the general Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy apply to your purchase of WebToApp Kit. See the links below.
