Terms & Conditions

These general Terms & Conditions govern your use of raymartin.es and your purchase of any product or service I offer (such as digital templates, kits and development services). Some products carry additional, product-specific terms that supplement these — for example, WebToApp Kit (see WebToApp Kit Terms). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Scope & product-specific terms
These are the general terms that apply to everything offered here. A specific product or service may have its own terms that add to these general Terms and, where they conflict for that product, prevail. Where no product-specific terms exist, these general Terms apply in full.
Products & services
I offer (a) digital products, which are licensed, not sold, and (b) professional services, which are scoped and governed by a separate written agreement or quote. Each purchase is for the product or service described at the point of sale.
Payments & taxes
Payments for digital products are handled by Stripe as Merchant of Record. Stripe is the seller of record for the transaction, issues your invoice, and collects any applicable taxes based on your location. Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Licence (digital products)
Unless a product's own terms or open-source licence state otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicence the product (in whole or in substantial part) as a competing product. Product-specific terms may add or refine these conditions.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically — by download and/or by granting access — typically immediately after payment. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (such as a valid email address or account username).
Refunds
For digital content delivered immediately, by downloading the product or accepting access you acknowledge that delivery has begun and you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU). Even so, if a product is materially defective or does not work as described, contact me within 14 days at hi@raymartin.es and I will fix it or refund you in good faith. Services are governed by their separate agreement.
Support
Unless stated otherwise for a specific product, support is provided on a best-effort basis by email at hi@raymartin.es.
No warranty & third-party platforms
Digital products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Where a product relates to mobile apps, third-party platforms such as Apple's App Store and Google Play are operated by those companies and may reject or remove apps at their discretion; I cannot guarantee platform approval or outcomes. You are responsible for your own product, its content, and compliance with platform policies and applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
These Terms may be updated; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly. The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
