Privacy Policy

Data I collect

• Identification and contact data — your email address, and any name or account identifier you provide (for example, a username needed to grant you access to a delivered product).
• Transaction data — order and session identifiers, the product or service purchased, amount and currency, invoices, and delivery or download activity.
• Usage data — aggregated website analytics (pages viewed, approximate region) and standard server logs (IP address, browser/user agent, timestamps) generated automatically.

I do not collect or store your card number. Payment details are handled directly by the payment processor (see “Payments”).

How I use it

• Provide, deliver and support the products and services you request.
• Send service-related communications (such as your receipt, download link or account access).
• Operate, secure and improve the website and the products offered.
• Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Legal bases (GDPR): performance of a contract (delivery and support), legitimate interest (security and improvement of the service), and legal obligation (accounting and tax).

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record for the products sold through this website. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly, under its own privacy policy; I never receive or store your full card number.

Who I share data with

I rely on a small set of trusted processors, strictly to operate the website and deliver the products and services:

• Stripe — payments, invoicing and fraud prevention (Merchant of Record).
• Mailjet (Sinch) — sending transactional emails, such as your receipt or download link.
• Cloudflare R2 — hosting downloadable product files.
• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• GitHub — granting access to private code repositories when a product is delivered that way.
• Google Analytics — aggregated website analytics.

I do not sell your personal data. Some processors may handle data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention

Transaction and invoicing records are kept for as long as required by law (typically up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes). Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Analytics data follows the analytics provider's retention settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. Email hi@raymartin.es to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

Cookies & analytics

The site uses minimal cookies and analytics to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; where a consent banner applies, your choices are respected.

Changes

This policy may be updated; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
