Ascensus Support
Last updated: 18 September 2026
I build Ascensus on my own. If something is broken or you have a question, write to hi@raymartin.es and I will get back to you.
How to get in touch
Write to hi@raymartin.es. It is the only support channel.
I work on the game alone, so I usually take a few days to reply. I cannot promise a response time, but I read every message.
What to include
The more specific you are, the sooner I can fix it. Tell me:
- Your iPhone model.
- Your iOS version.
- The game version.
- What you were doing and what happened.
- The steps to reproduce it, if it happens again.
- A screenshot or short video, if something looks wrong on screen.
Reporting a bug
Send the details above and describe the difference between what you expected and what happened. If the game closed by itself, say so: if you have agreed to share crash data with developers, Apple passes the crash report along.
If you lose your progress
Progress is saved only on your iPhone, in the app's private storage. There are no accounts and no server-side copy, so it cannot be restored from outside the device.
If you delete the app, that progress is gone. If iCloud backup is on, the app's data may be part of that backup; restoring your phone from it is handled by Apple and your account.
If co-op will not connect
Co-op only works within the same wifi network, directly between devices. It never goes through a server.
- Both devices must be on the same wifi network.
- It does not work over mobile data instead of wifi.
- If the app asks for permission to find devices on the local network, grant it.
- Check that both of you are running compatible versions of the game.
Privacy
Ascensus collects no data. The details are in the privacy policy.
